12 Week Wellbeing Programme
Work life balance has never been so challenging. It's hard to make the right choices and self care all of the time. We understand the struggles your employees are currently facing.
We provide practical ways to improve their wellbeing, to help them become the best version of themselves both in and out of work.
If you're a small to medium sized company who knows you need to help your staff but aren't sure how then this is for you. We know employees want to feel valued and cared for.
This is a fixed cost programme we know works which will help you take positive steps in the right direction.

What the Programme Includes
Our content focusses on each of our four Key Pillars of Wellbeing: Emotional; Nutritional; Physical and Financial.
We create engaging virtual events with specialists in their field, which are accessible company wide.
Each employee will have full access to a unique wellbeing app which measures the current challenges being experienced by your staff.
We provide you with this anonymous data so you can see areas that need improvement and we can help you action them quickly.
Benefits to your Company
We provide board level communications throughout the programme.
At the end of the 12 weeks, we carry out a detailed company health needs assessment to help you establish next steps for your company wellbeing.
