Who We Are
We are a group of people who are passionate about improving other people's health and wellbeing. We've used exercise ourselves to overcome obesity, high blood pressure, depression, mental breakdown and corporate burnout and now share our story to help others. We've fused our long careers in the corporate and fitness coaching sectors to create holistic, measurable methods and outcomes. We're proud to have earned a Bronze award from Mind for Achieving Change for Matt's work with Jaguar Land Rover in 2016/2017.
We're family people, believing in a life full of joy, with a good balance between work, home life and good health. These feelings guide our core teachings and services at Evolve Wellbeing Group, as we focus on helping teams achieve the same.

Meet The Team
I'm passionate about coaching people to become the best versions of themselves in all aspects of their working life. My colourful life journey has given me great empathy for people's troubles and fuels my desire to help individuals and businesses thrive. I balance my work load to ensure I'm the best Dad I can be to my three young children. My other love is trail running. Take a listen to my podcast to find out what makes me tick!
I have a strong background in sports science and psychology and have had a long career in coaching. I've had my own troubles, suffering from and overcoming depression and PTSD. I genuinely care about bringing out the best in the people we work with and enabling them to achieve new heights in their personal and working lives. I split my time between Evolve, our other business Tri Swim Coaching and raising our young family.
I fuse my long engineering career in the automotive industry with my passion for wellbeing to help companies achieve great things with their employees. I've recovered from a work related mental health breakdown so know all too well the challenges people face. I truly understand the positive changes needed within organisations and their people to find a better balance.
